I absolutely love this song and it’s even better when Neil Young and Pearl Jam do it together. I remember watching them do it in the early 90’s at the MTV Video Music Awards and I was blown away by the performance. Definitely check out this video of them performing “Rockin’ in the Free World” together on stage.

I’ve grown up in Kansas all of my life and every spring we prepare ourselves for severe weather including tornados. Here is some video of a devastating tornado that struck Andover, Kansas on April 26th 1991. I believe I was in 4th grade at the time and I remember watching the coverage of this on the local news that day as it was happening.
Take a look at the video for your self, it’s some pretty wild stuff.

This is classic footage of Shaq absolutely destroying a backboard in his early years in the league. If I remember right he actually took out 2 backboards that year, the other one being in Phoenix. Check out the video below.

Mario Chalmers Last Second Shot to Tie Memphis in National Championship

Since I live in Kansas I’m pretty excited that Kansas won the 2008 National Championship last Monday. It was a fantastic game and here is the footage of the last second shot when Mario Chalmers hit a 3 pointer to send the game into overtime where Kansas came out on top.
